Here’s a few of our senior team:
Nick Power – Lead Editor
The brainchild of www.breadnews.net, Nick’s knowledge of baking bread and working in the industry is extensive – he knows how to make a good loaf out of nothing! But not only that he makes the morning coffee every morning for the team!
Sally Cook – Journalist
Sally scours the world for stories for you to enjoy. She’s a keen traveller (fortunately) and loves to understand food cultures in unexplored territories.
Jasmine Levvy – Office manager
There would be no music without an organ grinder! Jasmine organises the troops to deliver the latest stories whilst they are still hot. She’s a keen cake baker – but we are converting her to bread – slowly!
Ric Maisford-Smith – Website stuff
Originally joined the team to build the website, but did such a good job he’s now part of the team full time. SEO, design, schema, and writing all come under Ric’s jurisdiction.
